Error when saving Lab Request

When attempting to save a Lab Request, I'm getting this error.
Item com.ibm.rqm.deployment.model.impl.SearchTermImpl@63ca63ca (stateId: [UUID _RTaUV7ODEeSWOb4skk6hLw], itemId: [UUID _RTXRA7ODEeSWOb4skk6hLw], origin:  , immutable: true) (contextId: [UUID _8lNyYNwSEd2pIJ5QVwgQGg], modified: 2015-02-13 08:21:51.124, workingCopy:  ) (predecessor:  ) (label: null) already has deferred changes, use new API methods.
I'm on RQM 4.0.6 in a pretty standard environment (no customizations, full privileges, etc).
The specific Lab Resources I'm trying to request are very simple as seen below.

Any thoughts?

See Unable to save the new request if specifying a configuration with nested search terms (for example, OS + DB) (109568).  This is fixed in RQM 5.0.  If you need the fix in a RQM 4.0.7 iFix, please open a PMR.
