RQM - test scripts User does not see header/section info

JAZZ 502.

We have a user using RQM and they do not see the header section of test scripts . We have tried different browsers on different hosts but the problem persists. The only what they can get to the header section of a test script is from a test case  where a test script is listed where she can do an edit which displays the header section of the test script in tabular form.  even on creating a test case all the get is the Steps section. Other users see the header section as a "pinned" area.

How does the user get this back ?

Regards

Norm

If you know how to collect network trace in a browser (Firebug or the like), you can verify whether the header section is returned from the server, and the go from there. Otherwise, I would suggest you contact Support so that more detailed instructions can be provided.

I believe the header section of the test script is referring to the test script attributes at the top of the editor page.  The attributes area is hidden when the option "Maximize Steps Display" is turned on to maximize the Manual Steps section.  The option is saved for what you last set.  You can change the option back by clicking the same icon which is now "Minimize Steps Display".  The icon in the first one from the left at the top of the Manual Steps section.

That did the trick. Note as you stated, RQM remembers your last setting on logout.
