what is meaning of default user in JTS

Hi ,

When i installation of RQM 5.0.2 + RTS 5.0.2 some by default users will created such as Data Collection User,ccm_user,jts_user.

What is use and functionality of this users?

Can we archived this user from project ? if yes, then what will be impact ?
