Unable to access the Rational Quality Manager Sandbox
You have successfully logged into Jazz Team Server but you are not authorized to access Rational Quality Manager.
An error response was received from the Jazz Team Server. Status=400. Message: CRJAZ1848E To perform the "com.ibm.rqm.login" operation, the user (userid="kwits") must have one of the following licenses that are installed on the server: Developer-Floating, Quality Professional-Floating, Analyst-Floating, Design Manager-Floating. The server administrator can assign licenses.
Return to the Log In screen.
