Word / Excel Plugin download problem

Hi all,

I am having great difficulty trying to download the Word / Excel plugin. I am asked by the browser if I wish to download the file , I accept, but then nothing happens. I assumed this may be a firewall restriction, but have tried on different machines and I'm getting the same behaviour (for all versions of the Word / Excel plugin)

Does anyone know how I can get around this issue please?

Hi Peter,

This could be a browser issue also. Try changing the browser.
Which link are you using to download the utility?

Hi I'm using the below link

https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/4.0.1/RQM-Extras-RQMExcelWordImporter-4.0.1.zip

Browser Version is IE8

Is there an alternitive location available that I could use to download the plugin?
