We really need to upgrade to 4.0.5 and cannot go to 5.0 for a few more months. Is there any way to get a "hot fix" for 4.0.5 that can be applied to fix defect: https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Rational%20Quality%20Manager#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=109105

you really need to go thru support for this.. the forum cannot provide the function u request.

Hello Steve,

You will need to open a PMR to request a hotfix.  Support will ask you details about the issue and gather information to submit the request record.
