Is there a way to make the Hudson Log available in RTC when Poll SCM is enabled in jenkins?

I notice that when builds are requested/submitted via RTC (version 4.0.1), the associated Hudson Log is available under the Contribution Summary when the build completes:

but it is missing when the job is started via Jenkins using the Poll SCM option in the build project
