I can not create RW or Project at Eclipse

My Laptop: OS Windows 8.1
I created SAMPLE Project Junit or JKE
But i can't Create Repository Work Space
Also i can't create new Project at Eclipse
I got this:, Java(TM) Platorm SE Binary stopped working.

Your description of the issue could be better. Please provide further information:
1. What error do you have when created RW?
2. Please provide error screen snapshot with error message
