Hey -

Newly I installed RTC 3.0 client version and when I am trying to set-up a repository to connect to my projects, I am getting error of below type and not able to connect to my projects.

"CRJAZ1247I The request to the server failed. The server returned the http error 407 with error text " Proxy Authentication Required". Examine any further details here or look in the server log files for more information on how to resolve this issue."

Note: I am in client network and we have firewall setup in place. I have to authenticate the proxy servers before we can connect to any website.

Can someone help me to resolve this issue?

Thanks,

G

Hi,

are you referring to the RTC Eclipse client? If you go to windows --> preferences in the menu and look for proxy, there are parameters to enter for authenticating via a proxy. Does this solve the issue?

Hey Arne -

Thanks for your comment. Yes I am using RTC clinet. Do I need to enter the proxy URL's in preferences?

Also I see one area for Proxy entries and one for proxy byepass, in which option I have to enter the proxy details?

Thanks,

G
