It depends on what is "Firefox Thin App". If it is essentially a Firefox portable, you may treat it as a normal Firefox. If it is a version compiled for VMWare ThinApp, I doubt that CLM has been tested and verified against this particular flavor. Note that officially CLM only supports the ESR version of Firefox - Firefox 24 ESR and Firefox 31 ESR for CLM 5.0.1 in particular, though other version in between make just work fine.
