DCC/Database: Clouded with Legacy data.

Mahari Hill (4861139229) | asked Oct 12 '17, 1:14 p.m.

CLM 602.

2015: CLM 5.0.2 - 10 active projects 300,000+ work items
2017: CLM 6.0.2 - 4 active projects 50,000+ work items between the four...(the other 6 are now legacy and have been archived)

The DCC runs nightly and seems to be collecting everything. Is there a way to purge the legacy data? Or are we skipping a setting that skips archived projects? We want to clone the production environment, but it's more than a terabyte of data from legacy stuff.

+1 to this.  I would love love love some sort of utility that would clean out archived data from the warehouse to save space.

If you are/were using RRDI or Insight, there is a utility shipped that will clean out data from a certain point in time  (/opt/IBM/RRDI/setup/tool/dw_pruning)   but in our case it doesn't match what we want -- we only want the archived data removed.
