License, user account changes -- Server or Database?

Hello all,

Modification of users in the JTS, Assigning licenses, setting email, Renaming a project

Where are these features stored? On WAS, inside a CLM install directory, or the database (Oracle)?

All of these modifications will be stored in the database.
If you are using LDAP, any change of the user profile from LDAP will be synched into the repository and updated in the DB.
