Http status 500 error when creating defect in RQM

Integration of clear quest with rational quality manager is done. Now i am trying to create a defect in rqm while running the test case execution record, it is showing http status 500 error , also showing contact administrator and try again later. Please help me to resolve the problem..

Please open a RQM defect or open a PMR (see http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21507639) and include the RQM/CQ logs and any details from the 500 (Internal Server Error) error (e.g. stack trace).
