How to migrate a project (lifecycle project) from CLM 4.0.0.1 to CLM 4.0.2

I have to migrate my lifecycle project from my CLM 4.0.0.1 to 4.0.2...

any help would be highly grateful.

You have to upgrade the whole deployment to 4.0.2.

There is currently no way to export a single project and import it on a different server.
