 Hello, 

I was trying to Update the Theme, but I found out there is no longer the option to change it under jts/admin, 
also I tried by using /jts/admin#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.configureTheming
but I'm getting this error:
Unable to find a corresponding action for the specified ID.
Action: com.ibm.team.repository.admin.configureTheming

any ideas how to do it with the version 7.0.2 patch 10?

 The Themes option is available in my ootb unpatched ELM 7.0.2 server for JTS and for all other applications. 

Remember you have to click on the Server menu item in the jts/admin, to see the Themes option.
  
If the menu shows and you get an error opening, or the menu does not even show, I would suggest to check the server logs, the diagnostics and consider to reach out to support.
