Do Apps like RDNG and RQM support Externally-Driven Enumerations like RTC (5.0.2)

Would like to have externally driven values for a given user choice as they change frequently, and looking to use the same approach of Externally-Driven Enumerations across all the apps in CLM

The close one in RQM is category which could be similar to enumeration and shared among the artifacts. If it is at running manual script level, then user can input their data at run-time as well: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYMRC_5.0.0/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_using_exec_var.html?lang=en
