RTC - Retrieve Queries from User That is No Longer In System
2 answers
Hi Jamie
I tried the following scenario's:
1) For a JazzUser A, created a personal dashboard.
2) Login as Jazzuser B, will not see the dashboard of A.
3) Now, User A share the personal dashboard, user B can now view user A dashboard also.
4) Now, archive user A. User B can still see user A dashboard.
Alternatively, if the user A has not shared his dashboard, login using a JazzAdmin role
move to the URL:
https://<<hostname:port>>/jts/dashboards/all
This will list all the dashboards whether shared or personal for the users(active and archived).
Now, you can search for the queries and access the dashboard of the archived users too.
