Report Parameters are blank

Hi,  
   I need to use the 'Shared Reports' at RTC 403 - Burndown/burnup/etc.
But I see that the reports are always blank. If I edit the reports, i do not see any values populated at  'Team Area/ Category/Severity/etc' if I try to edit the report parameters.

How should I populate these parameters?

I have checked that the Data Collection jobs have run successfully.

There are some questions to ask: 1) Do you see the issue in the project area from default template or your own custom template? If you check with JKE Banking sample project, do you see the same issue or not? 2) In the data collection jobs status, do you see Workitems job run and it is successful?
