tracking defect WIs delivered to multiple streams

We plan to allow changes sets from a defect WI to be delivered to multiple streams.

We understand that we can track where the change sets were delivered.

How do we track that the defect WI is certified/tested in each of the streams that it was delivered to?

You can use approval of type verification to make sure the defect is verified in all the releases.
Also if you use the same comment for the Verification request you can track which all are pending verification on a specific version.
