When creating a work item it is necessary to complete mandatory attributes.
If you leave a few of those mandatory fields blank an error is produced to inform you that you have not completed field X.
However it only points out ONE of the mandatory fields you´ve missed and not all of them.
Also the mandatory field it points to is not necessarily the next mandatory field you´ve missed in the correct order.
RTC appears just to choose which mandatory field it highlights randomly.
