RFT 8.2 stop executing test scripts successfully after installing RTC 4.0

I Installed RTC 4.0 on to RFT 8.2. After the install I launch RFT and the start-up dialogue displayed "RFT 8.2 and RFT 4.0" are installed

I connected to a Functional Test project
I tried to RUN the test script
The Playback panel displays with the string "find"
The IBM Extension for Terminal-based Applications displayed
But Terminal session never connected. Playback panel just keeps running.
This was just working yesterday before I install RTC 4.0

I am wondering why did the install of RTC stop RFT from working

Did you install RTC Eclipse client as plugin to the existing RFT Eclipse instance? It could be that some files are overwritten by RTC Eclipse installation.

Doug you were correct. Full verison of RTC was installed and my environment was change back to the default values. To solve my problem I needed to re enable my JRE that was ship with RFT installation. Now every things works.

Configure --> Enable Environments for testing --> Java Environments

I enable "IBM Rational SDP JRE"
