Error in Help

Doesn't matter the browser, in this case IE or Firefox, but I keep getting this message on the IBM Knowledge Center:

Error
timeout exceeded

I logged in on another computer as a different user and brought up FF and selected two things in 405 help and this also showed up....

 The Knowledge Center team is restarting the servers. Things should be back to normal within a half hour.

it opened up a bit for me and then displayed a message that there are problems currently which are being worked on.
