Editing a UML Diagram in RSA 9.0 when connected to DM Repository

I have Design Manager 4.0.3 installed and also connected to the DM repository in RSA 9.0.
I have imported a sample UML project in to Design Manager and trying to edit the diagram in RSA 9.0 when connected. I get the following error. The User has full permission to Edit the Resource.
A problem occurred when editing the resource https://<Server>:9443/dm/models/195.
The server denied access to execute the provided request.
You should make sure you are a member of the project and have the proper roles and permissions on the Project Area Administration page.
If this was an editing request, you should also make sure that the project is being actively managed by Design Manager. You can check for this on the Project Area Properties page.

Hi,
I believe the first thing you did was to verify that the project area is set to indeed use the mode: Actively managed with Design Manager under Data Management. Is that correct?
If so, can you check that you are not falling into the following known issue of DM 4.0.3:
Can't upload model from RSA Eclipse Client to Project with Basic Template
for which there are workarounds documented see https://jazz.net/library/content/articles/dm/4.0.3/workaround-rsa-client-ext/#40958
