In BIRT how to get resource allocated against particular development line

I used "com.ibm.team.apt.resource.WorkResourceDetails" table to get the resource allocation against particular development line. But what I observed is that even if the resource allocation is removed, the table shows that the resource allocated to that development line.

Is it a bug or am I looking at wrong table?
