Hi,

What version of RRDI and RTC are you using?
Are you sure your version of Chrome is compatible with those?

Can you paste a screenshot of what you see in both browsers?

Hi Mohanapriya,

RTC 4.0 is too old to use with Google Chrome, you need RTC 4.0.1 or newer.
As for RRDI 4.0.4 - did you mean 2.0.4 version?
It should not be used with RTC 4.0 unless JTS is at 4.0.4 version, according to
https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/VersionCompatibilityCLMRRDIAndInsight

If you meant RTC version 4.0.4, the latest supported version of chrome for that release is 32.
Please check with Chrome 32 first and if you still get blank reports, please open a PMR so our support can investigate this.

Hello Mohanapriya

RRDI reports are always rendered by the Cognos application even if embedded into RTC and RRDI/Cognos doesn't support any version of Chrome.

See https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements405406#B2_Browsers

Hi Mohanapriya,

One common reason for RRDI reports to show up blank is if your RRDI server does not have SSL enabled.  In that case, Chrome automatically blocks insecure content from showing up on your page.  To fix, you need to look at the right-hand side of the Chrome address bar for a small shield symbol.  Click on the shield, and you can override the default to show the non-https content as well.

(But, as Francesco mentions, I should add that Chrome is not officially supported by RRDI).

I've opened a call to IBM about it and really Chrome is not supported by RRDI
