Should drag & drop of parent in plan include children?
When working in a plan view and dragging/dropping work items from one iteration to another, should children work items (if present) get moved along with parent? Our observation is they do not, even when the parent is 'collapsed' within a tree style layout. Only the parent is moved and the children remain behind with a greyed-out reference to the moved parent.
