Hi Ameet,
I have never seen such error message in RTC. I believe that we need couple of clarification questions:
1. What exactly is your RTC version?
2. You mentioned that you have such error "while saving new form on frontend". What do you exactly mean? Can you elaborate your action?
3. I see that there are spelling mistakes in error message? Did you copy/paste this error message? Please provide the screen snapshot with error message. That will help us a lot.
