Unable to modify workitem in RTC which is set attribute with Value provider enumeration

When saving two workitem the tool displays error

"A value provider you configured on the attribute has filtered out the chosen value when trying to modify the work item".

- Both workitem's were containing enumerations which were archived earlier, the workitems are saved without the archived enumerations

- When unarchiving the enumerations, the workitems can be modified again

- No validations are related to the attribute "Impacted Systems"

Issue fixed with below steps:

Example:

* Export the two workitems with id and the attribute that causes the error.

* Correct the attribute value and import the workitem from file but update the workiems
