Problem installing RTC 4.0.3 P2 in QNX Eclipse shell

I am having a problem installing the RTC 4.0.3 P2 install inside QNX Momentics 4.7.0.  The install (Help > new software > point to P2 zip) appears to install fine.  But on restart, none of the RTC Views or Perspectives are there. The RTC logo does appear on the Help > About.  And when I select RTC in the Help > About, I do see RTC 4.0.3 and plugin details 3.1.400.

However, when I check to see if the plugins were installed, I don't see anything.  In the QNX eclipse directory, there is no IBM content in plugins or features.  So while the installation appeared to work, it didn't install any of the plugins.

Thought anyone?

Did you tried to add the views manually to the perspective??
If you do not see "Team Artifacts" view then check if the capabilities are selected correctly.
