Online Repo for RTC 4.0.3 is broken

I had to do a workaround of pointed my Installation manager to a local repo.

What URL you were using as an IM repository?

The online repository works just fine. Make sure that you use the latest version of Installation Manager (1.8.2 works for me) to connect to the repository.

The reason behind this would be the recent hot topic - POODLE attack. Many public web sites (including jazz.net) have disabled SSLv3 connections and the minimum version of SSL protocol for a successful connection is TLSv1. Most if not all IBM products have implemented new features or code changes to accommodate such changes.

If I use IM 1.7.2 to connect to the online repository, I will get a "handshake_failure" error. IM 1.8.2 works like a charm.

Bad Repo:
https://jazz.net/downloads/clm/4.0.3/4.0.3/install-repository/clm-offerings/repository/repository.config

Good Local Repo:
C:\Users\admin\Downloads\im\repo\rtc-client-offering\offering-repo\repository.config
