installing CLM-Web-Installer-Win-4.0.5 : com.ibm.team.install.rtc.client.eclipse.ies4 not found

I am installing CLM-Web-Installer-Win-4.0.5
Installation Manager is generating an error because 'com.ibm.team.install.rtc.client.eclipse.ies4'
is not found  in 'https://jazz.net/downloads/clm/4.0.5/4.0.5/install-repository/clm-offerings/repository/repository.config'

Please tell me how to find a solution to that problem.

This can be related to not following the Download tips and downloading with a browser, which often results in a corrupt download.

Thanks for your quick reply.
This time I have followed what is described in Download tips and I have used DownThemAll to download the package and unfortunately I have exactly the same error as before !

Darn. Sorry, I don't have more hints. Maybe someone else has seen this.
