Hello Team

I have jts server installed on my machine .

I am trying to access ccm application inside jts server(https://localhost:9443/jts/).
whenever i open ccm application i get the following error in Application Information section  :
CRJAZ2052E There is no friend to the Jazz Team Server configured.
 and there are errors on Service Error summery section.

Please help ...

Note : This is not a  new installation and I had been used it for several time.It was working fine before

 Hello Vinitha, 

For the error CRJAZ2052E There is no friend to the Jazz Team Server configured. I believe that the ccm application needs to be registered through JTS. By logging into jts/admin check the registered application in Configuration of Server tab, and see if he ccm application you're trying to access is listed there.

When i try to register my ccm applaication in jts server using (https://localhost:9443/jts/customSetup#/steps/5)  I get the following error ...

The applications could not be registered with Jazz Team Server.ID CRJAZ1726E

A friend or application with the URL "https://localhost:9443/ccm/rootservices" is already configured. Each friend and application must have a unique root services or discovery URL.

Do you know what might be the issue .
