Problem accessing ccm inside jts server

Hello Team

I have jts server installed on my machine .

I am trying to access ccm application inside jts server(https://localhost:9443/jts/).
whenever i open ccm application i get the following error in Application Information section  :
CRJAZ2052E There is no friend to the Jazz Team Server configured.
 and there are errors on Service Error summery section.

Please help ...

Note : This is not a  new installation and I had been used it for several time.It was working fine before

 Hello Vinitha, 

For the error CRJAZ2052E There is no friend to the Jazz Team Server configured. believe that the ccm application needs to be registered through JTS. By logging into jts/admin check the registered application in Configuration of Server tab, and see if he ccm application you're trying to access is listed there.

Thank you for the response.
When i try to register my ccm applaication in jts server using (https://localhost:9443/jts/customSetup#/steps/5)  I get the following error ...

The applications could not be registered with Jazz Team Server.ID CRJAZ1726E

A friend or application with the URL "https://localhost:9443/ccm/rootservices" is already configured. Each friend and application must have a unique root services or discovery URL.

Do you know what might be the issue .
