Hello,
Just had one simple question to ask you, as I do not have much exposure on RQM 3.0 version, "do we have capability of exporting of test cases into CSV in RQM 3.0 versions ? Please let me know"

There it no built in way to export a specific Test case in version 3.x to a CSV file

You could use the REST API  (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi) to assess the and export the data to XML

In  version 4.x you can export the list of Test Cases from the Browse Test Case view

This feature is not available in RQM 3.0.
It is introduced only from v4.0
