What url are you using to log into RRC?

Hi Pratibha Please add more details here about your issue. Like what version of RRC you installed, what is your configuration, what steps you executed that resulted in this issue, and if you see any error messages in the rm.log or jts.log files Thanks!

This is sometimes caused by a browser compatibility issue. What Browser and Version are you using? What version of RRC are you using?
