Installing RTC and it says Trial version

Edward Scarberry (11010) | asked Jul 03 '13, 10:54 a.m.

We are installing RTC the 10 free user version.  When doing the installer it has a list of the tools to install.  When it comes to RTC there are about 4 types and all are trial versions.  Is this a short term trial version or is this the 10 free user version?  Below is the list.

Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) all-in-one installer:
1. Jazz Team Server
2. Change and Configuration Management (CCM)
3. Quality Management (QM)
4. Requirements Management (RM)
Trials
1. Rational Team Concert
2. Rational Quality Manager
3. Rational Requirements Composer

Yes, you can proceed with installing Rational team Concert and download the license from the following URL:
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.3/RTC-Developer-10-C-License-4.0.3.zip

Here is the help doc for Installing the license:

yes this is what needs to be installed.  however after installing then the 10 free licenses will need to be imported into the application.
I believe you can get the licenses off of jazz.net site.
