Uploading Fields to Existing Workitems

 Hello All,

I have created a custom field in CCM called "cycle".
One of the customer team have taken an extract in CSV format of the workitem database, and have written these cycle fields into excel.
So in the excel csv document I have the workitem number and the cycle that I want to populate for that workitem.

Is there an upload tool / any way to import these values to CCM?

You should be able to update the attributes via Import from CSV. You can check the following help topic for more details:
