Is there any way to restrict users so that only "Admin" users can make editing changes on the Dashboard? We have some queries displayed on the dashboard and they have disappeared. So, it's a concern that another user (not one our admin users) has probably inadvertently deleted them.

Hello Robin,
You can set different permission for each group for project area. Refer to below screenshot for exact location and which permission need to be modified.
