WAS 8.5.5 ,Oracle 11g and CLM6 configured on SUSE linux Enterprise server 11 but not able to start https://localhost/jts/setup ?

 Hi Team,

I configured SUSE linux enterprise server 11 ,64 bit and installed below components.
1. Installed IM 8.1.2 64 bit on SUSE linux.
2. Installed CLM6.0 from Installation manager (JTS,CCM,QM,RM)
3. Installed and Configured Websphere application server 8.5.5 with LDAP. 
4. LDAP user and group mapped to JTS.WAR,CCM.WAR,QM.WAR
6. For WAS profile i am able to login LDAP user.
8. Oracle 11 g Enterprise edition installed and created database.

I am not able to run https://localhost.9443/jts/setup
below error shows -

Error 404: ProxyServlet: /jts/setup

Please help me how to do jts/setup.

 Hi Vijay,
Please take a look at the SystemOut.log and see if there are any errors there.
Since you are on Linux, make sure you have updated the limit configuration file. See more details below:

Also double check your JAZZ_HOME environment variable under WAS to make sure the Path is correct.

 Hi Chao Wang,

Thanks for reply..
I given below path for JAZZ_home
Please check this path is correct or not. 
OR as per IBM knowledge center below path given 
but i tried both path and restart the WAS server from terminal and start the server 
I am not a start htps://localhost:9443/jts/setup 
Error 404: ProxyServlet: /jts/setup

Please help how to solve this issue.

There are many possible causes for the HTTP 404 error, which can be difficult to explore all of them on the forum. I suggest you open a ticket with Support.
