Is there a possibility to use a custom Project Template in RRC while creating a Lifecycle Project?

Although I haven't tried this myself, but I think this might be possible. You have to create you own LifeCycle Project template and add you custom RRC project template in RRC project template property section.

You may want to look at LPA Template Specifications to start with.
