Hi,
We are using CLM 501 . QM and RM are the applications mainly used.
Now we notice that some of the users having JazzprojectAdmin role could create project area. (these AD groups are managed using LDAP authentication).
As the users work on some core stuff I understand for some of the features like importing spreadsheet into QM tool would require jazzprojectadmin/ jazzadmin role.
Here we would like to refine the roles / project access. Also looking to hear some best practices and suggestions for us to make the current situation better.

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER
The JazzAdmin Repository Role provides with capabilities to administer the application. E.g. create users, use the admin UI.
Being an administrator in a project basically allows to administer the project area. Roles, Permissions, Behavior, customizations, team areas, timelines and add users to the project area and team areas within. It does not give you any server level administration rights. anoop mc selected this answer as the correct answer
