Installed Jazz 4.0.2 on Windows 7 VM test box

 

Got the following error on first launch of Jazz Server…

What is your question?
Does the error prevent the server from starting up?
Is RQM usable?

The error does seem to prevent any of the web setup pages from loading, I get the page can not be displayed when I attempt to go into the https:localhost:9443/jts/setup folder Tried using the loopback IP address with the same result.  I am not sure why I would be getting this error, as this was a new install of the 4.0.2 version.  RQM is not usable, so at this point I'm at a loss, the install went just as expected, but now I can't access the setup page to make the initial setting changes.

Uninstalled the application, removed the left behind directory, and reinstalled 4.0.2 again, it is now working normally.  I have no idea why what I did this time worked vs. previous attempt, but it is working.
