I am putting alot of "legacy" data into an RTC project area, and a set of these work items were closed as Duplicate.  I can import these work items but it looks like they get Reopened on the first save if there is no DuplicateOf link.

Can I somehow remove the requirement to have a DuplicateOf link for that resolution?  I can't seem to find a way to configure that.

If not, I assume I can add a new "dup" resolution (instead of Duplicate) that then wouldn't have that requirement??

this is hard coded.. you can add another closure code, or change the workflow ID
but there is currently no way to disable this behavior..

I opened this enhancement a while back to at least allow us to configure it.
