The default attributes not appear

In my project area I can't see the default attributes, I checked the option "Types and Attributes" and I only can see the custom attributes, when I select "Editor Presentations" in all my presentation appear the same message when I want to see the default attributes:

Kind 'Small HTML' needs an attributes of one of the following type: string, mediumString, smallString, html, mediumHtml

Kind 'Release' needs an attributes of one of the following type: deliverable

Kind 'Time Spent' needs an attributes of one of the following type: duration


But I can't declare this option into the "Types and Attributes". This happen in 4 (four) project area differents.

Someone know how can I solve this issue?

Omar, I would suggest writing a PMR and get support looking at it. Have you found anything strange in the logs? I would also check the database logs.

As a side note, some information  about which version you use and the environment could be usefull for questions like this.
