Can we integrate Cognos BI & data stage with Rational Team Concert?

We are using Cognos BI 10.1 along with data stage. We want to version manage Cognos & data stage files (.xml, .zip, .cpf extensions) using RTC source control. Is any direct integration exists already or do we need to manually upload these artifacts into RTC source control?

We use RTC 3.0.1.

RTC source control has no particular knowledge of Cognos data stage files. You would put the directory containing those files under RTC source control, and then use the Pending Changes view to manage them.
