Problems with RTC eclipse client 4.0 and Windows XP
Instalation:
RTC server 4.0.1
RTC eclipse client extension 4.0
Rational Business Developer version 8.5.1
Windows XP
The problem is that RBD crash on opening existing workitem, also users cant create new work item.
RBD crash with error:
Can you please check, and recommend some further actions to resolve this issue.

Hello Eric,
thank you for your answer. It was helpful. In our environment users are defined like powerusers on windows xp machines. To change eclipse.ini (fallowing solution provided in recommended technote) we change permissions for XP user to admin, and that seems to solved our issue with RBD crash.
