Is there a shortcut to the pending changes view?
Preferred a command line option when opening the Windows Explorer to open it with the pending changes view opened.

If you have explorer window open, pressing Alt+V+E+P should open the Pending Changes view.

That's a good hint, thanks.

But I still would like to know if there is a command line option (like "/e" for explorer view,) to create a desktop icon?

Currently, there is no such option.
