I notice that in order to accept changes into a sandbox using the RTC shell client you have to accept at the folder level .  The blue arrow pointing to the left is on the folder.  You don't see the individual files in the folder until you accept. It would be nice to accept individual files and not the entire folder.  Is there a way to enable this?  I am using Windows XP Service Pack 2 as are most of our user community.

The scenario you described happens only when the file is newly created and delivered. RTC shell client does not create the file unless the changes are accepted at the folder level. After this, whenever there is an incoming change to a file that already exists, the blue arrow will appear on that file.

If multiple files are changed and delivered together, then all of them will have to be accepted together. So, even if the user is performing accept on a single file, RTC shell will warn the user that multiple files will be accepted because they were all changed and delivered together.
