The link of "best ranked solution for Boosting TeamCollaboration" in the lower right of the top page of a Jazz.net site has a broken link.
Although I would like to refer to the page that the link represents, how can I refer to it?

Hi,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention!  The report is available as part of our IBM agility@scale e-kit, which is available at https://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/iwm/web/signup.do?lang=en_US&source=swg-agile .  Once you open the e-kit, you can find the report under the Analyst & Research Reports section.

I could confirm that the link is connected, and could find the report from IBM agility@scale e-kit.
