 HI All,

I have custom attribute which has a 3 radio buttons, on the select of each radio button i want to show a custom message to the user, could anyone please help me out.

There is no way to create a message dialog in the RTC work item UI.
What can be done is use a html, string or wiki type attribute and attribute customization - a calculated value for that attribute. See  https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/AttributeCustomization for how to do that. Another but harder option is a Custom Editor Presentation.
