What has happened to my jazz.net profile ?

I think this started after my last password reset.   Going to My Stuff Forum tab:

Activity on my favorite tags
You currently are not following any favorite tags. You can choose favorite tags on the Forum main page.

 I just delivered a fix for the "My Stuff" page issues, and the email notification fix was delivered yesterday. Those issues should now be resolved.

The forum view still says I'm tagless.  I reject this answer until the forum also works.

Miguel, what exactly does not work on "My Profile" for you? If you can provide some more specific information it will help in debugging and fixing the issues.

 What is the URL that it tries to send you to? I do not see this error when I try to go to my profile.


I'll also work on checking the logs to see if I can get some further indication of what might be going on.

Kevin,

does this happen on all browsers? Can you clear the cache and the history?

If this does not help, comment and I get you the place to create a work item to hopefully get it addressed.

Fails on Firefox (Linux and Windows) and IE.   I tried wiping cache and cookies to no avail.   I do use lengthy text/numeric password for this site managed in/by LastPass.

I don't think the issue is related password reset as it happened to me in a funny way. When I first saw this post, I had no such problem. But after I made some comments and answers, and probably most importantly viewed someone else' profile, I started having the same issue. Similarly I cannot make it work properly again in Firefox. Lucky for me, Chrome still works as expected - but I will not try to "reproduce" the issue in Chrome.

Edit: I managed to got myself confused. See my answer posted separately.

Some links (RSS feeds) embedded in My Stuff ended up with HTTP 404, so there is no way to fix it by switching browsers or clearing cache and/or cookies. I believe the forum just has recently changed. For example, the notification emails that I got recently missed the hyperlink to the post and the initiator (the poster or commentator) is missing as well.

Luckily, My Profile (next to Questions/Tags/Users/Badges) still works and it has the same stuff as in My Stuff, but in a different layout. So maybe you can use My Profile for now.

I am trying to get back to our jazz.net run team. I have the same issues and so do obviously others.

 We did make a major update to the forum software Friday, which may have caused these issues. We are currently investigating and will let everyone know when things have been resolved. Our apologies for the issues.
